Hospitality Digest has established a rating system that places emphasis on customer care and service.  A warm cordial welcome and the ability to sustain a pleasant guest environment are key features which we look for in potential members.  Hospitality Digest doesn't believe that excellant customer service has to be limited to luxury, high end properties.
